new update same issue as the last no English translation after hot air balloon crash. once you leave "Kirist" 's house I can't advance if I don't know what I'm reading all text is into Chinese or Japanese. What the hell..I've already changed the language to "English" at the start of the game and everything was fine., but when you get so far into the story some of the quests and interactions turn into Chinese or whatever the language is. So right now im completely stuck because I have know glue what is says and I cant do nothing about it.
Dafuck, Yeah I have the same problem. The point where I'm at right now everything is pretty much in Japanese. What I do is take a picture of the text with my phone and use Bixby vision to translate it. The translations aren't perfect but they're good enough that I know what's going on. That being said it's pretty tedious doing that every time.
After air balloon crash, once you leave the house the English only works inside the main house, where u started everywhere else is japanise this even affects the quest log and read a thing. I got a little farther by luck and a lot of looking round but I'm not getting the story at all and that kills the game If the Developers can patch this it would be great, because it cost for loss of lore and quest info and make the game VERY bAD .. ANOYING experiene .
