View all commentsI agree with Holauoem. Beyond the technical bugs, the game is dragged down by pointless dialogue that just loops endlessly. The sex scenes are repetitive and stale. It’s like you’re watching the same scenes on repeat with the same characters; even when the models change, they look identical. The pacing is incredibly slow with zero explanation for all the filler. It’s a decent game, but it doesn't even crack the top 10 for Western futa titles.
Instinct Unleashed starts off strong. The dark atmosphere, Jade as a protagonist, and the overall mystery work like a charm. What ruins it for me, though, is exactly the reproductive lore of the futanari. Naturally, the futanari in this universe only produce sperm. From a reproductive biology standpoint, they are males with secondary female traits. The problem is that the game solves their inability to get pregnant with some extremely heavy-handed genetic engineering + nanoengineering + a speci
Holauoem, specific drug that does several things at once: it reactivates the vestigial uterus, creates an internal seminal canal connected to the rectum, induces artificial ovulation, and allows for pregnancy via deep anal sex. In practice, this turns them into functional hermaphrodites—but only after this whole forced artificial process. And this completely deviates from the original purpose the scientists had when creating them. I get that the game tries to justify this by explaining they ar
aren't born "naturally": they are made from female embryos modified with male genes, which is why a latent, rudimentary uterus remains. If they had emerged naturally or through evolution, even that vestige wouldn't exist. Still, I think the solution feels weird and over-the-top. Instead of just embracing that they are "cock only" futanari and exploring that without forcing pregnancy onto them,
Holauoem, Holauoem, the game chose to add this whole layer of complex pseudo-science—uterine reactivation, anal-uterine canals, and induced ovulation—just to have pregnancy routes with the futanari themselves. In the end, what should have been an interesting limitation of the universe turns into a pile of pseudo-scientific explanations used to justify specific fetishes (butt pregnancy, etc.). It could have been much simpler and more coherent.
Holauoem, Oops, I know this is part of the lore and one of the few games that actually tackles this. Naturally, they only produce male gametes, and any attempt to alter the default configuration leads to various complications and a high mortality rate. In fact, a major character actually dies because of it. Even so, I still don't like it. I feel it could have been handled better without resorting to altering a male-gamete character (futa) into a hermaphrodite.

BigTTlover, game has 6 endings. You probably get the worst one. Also there's walkthrough made by the dev for all of them. Also Also. I'm pretty sure the dev already working on the new game and relesaed prologue for it not so long ago, so they are fine.
Is there any endings other than the prisoner one? Went back and changed a few choices to the end, but nothing changed in the final chapter.
