I'm not sure that I would call this a game. There isn't much "gameplay" that you can do. After several hours of gameplay there were only about 10 (maybe less) choices can make. The rest of the time is reading the story and viewing the pictures. Don't get me wrong though, I thoroughly enjoyed the story and the artwork and I'm looking forward to chapter 9 and other updates. Just be aware it is more story than game.
Kali is also just a servant. Kali should be humiliated too. After the failure of John and Anna's action, she would be a sex slave just like John. But he should decide on John's fate, to remain a man, trans, or to make him a woman.
The game could be good if John becomes a complete woman or there is an opportunity to leave the island without Kali or with Kali. John would have breasts and female genitalia. He could be happy again with Kali.

Pure misandry, as others said. Completely no real choices to act a different way, as a man would. Protagonist looks like a fool. Eg. your wife has turned to a total whore, and you look like almost perfectly fine with that. Give some proper options.
