It's a nice slow game. Don't play this for a quick fap. You can find information about all the tasks by clicking the ? symbol at the top right and then scrolling down. You build the stats and relation with the girls you recruit to unlock new jobs and dating images. The girls have an image for most of the actions in the game including working, partying and training. The grind is slow but not boring as you have to constantly order the girls to train, work and take care of their needs.
