After you finish up with rory she will try to buy her stuff back. If you negotiate she will give you a scroll called restrain and then you can use it on the shop keeper.
if you want fuck rory you fight with her until near close to death after is unlocked

Theres another npc, Clover appears after youve fucked both the guard and the shopkeeper and will come around some times until you can fight and fuck her

buy first the book , steal all the dress pantiens and bro from the shoopkeeper sell to her everything buy the knife for extra interaction and the staff for other interaction , buy some health potion make angry the shokepeer fight the guard steal from her the armor and sell it buy more health potion and you can have sex interction with both , there is a third npc but i think only with the cheat code

there's 2 but it's more like a restart on the items on the NPC's. theshopkeeper is for the shop keeper and thetownguard for the town guard.
its not that bad just needs way more content
