The Nun's coif hat is found by breaking through a weak spot in the southern wall high in the east tower and finding a keycard which opens the next room. The hat is there.

Hosni, you need to click on the empty perfume bottle in your inventary hopefully you then get asked if u want to fill it with something. Thus click on serum. then giive perfume to katherine.

Hosni, and someone. one wheel is in the basement in the room you need to knock down with a pickaxe to get in from the basement security room. it is behind the security line you need to type in 3678 in the code. The second wheel is in the woods you need the second rope and probably second grappling hook to get it ( im not totally sure about this bit as i havent got it yet)
