For some reason every time this game updates something weird happens to save states. Progress gets lost and you can't move forward again because events won't trigger. Given that each new update only yields a few minutes of content it's seriously not worth starting a new game each time.

So this update kinda broke the game for previous saves. The sister will stay at the stairs and won't let me talk to her to move her so there's no checking on the new updates. The portal is gone, and everything says wait for the next update. The game was good before this update because you can play it now idk so much
Imma be real, It's because it's not an update of the last version. It's a new build, Slightly Pink Heart is currently reworking the assets and some of the scene to be better quality. So you must start a new game.
