Therese, There's an HP flask button in and out of battle. You get 2 uses after each rest. Other than that, it seems you just have to fight until you reach the next campsite, which lets you rest and not have to fight earlier enemies.
To much text and combat.. Maybe I will try again later, I like cheats in " single player " games.. Even though it's a AVN I still want to cheat and get to the sex. To hell with the combat aspects
