yesterday I loaderd all my Renpy games to check that my saves were up to date and working fine. Today after an update my saves are again ruined and unplayable kicking me back to the starting scene.
Harry, HELL YEAH!!!! same here i had finished the previous update and had the save up till that point... every time i tried to load it gives the big ERROR page and back to the beginning>>> WTF

Harry, Happens sometimes after updates because they have to change some coding to fix bugs. Nothing developers can do anything about. Usually happens when they change something in the main gamecoding or savecoding. Its annoying when it happens but something you always have to be prepared for when its unfinished games.

Oh, one thing that is driving me a bit crazy is that I can't use any of my saved games, so when I play a new version, I always have to start from scratch. Hopefully they fix that soon.
Not just this game . Most Renpy games have their saves corrupted during updates. They could at least enable the fast automatic option to save my fingers every time I have to click through to get where I was before.

so the update was to lose me saves sweet thanks love playing dialog heave games from the begining over and over again the game is weak at best and then you add on the 3million words you have to click thru. so if you are the maker of this game stop now and or figure out how to make the skip botton work from the start or have a take me to the choices screen botton man glad i stopped paterion account
icrazyur2, I've downloaded this game on a different site and the saves still worked after this update. Gamcore probably isn't updating the game correctly. Just like they do with plenty of other games on this site where there's a few errors that pop up in a game that completely ends it, and then when I go to another site those errors don't exist for the exact same game *cough cough* The Intoxicating Flavor *cough cough* Triple Ex *cough cough* Inner Growth

KCIceman, The description literally says "Author says that this is a true story". Whoever originally uploads the game gets to make the description. So if the dev actually uploaded this game, why wouldn't he just say "This is a true story"? Also, this game was uploaded by the dev on f95zone -a free site- a month before it was uploaded on Gamcore. Since anyone can upload games to Gamcore, the dev may not have uploaded this.
KCIceman, Also, all updates to an already published game are emailed to Gamcore. So all updates are then officially uploaded by Gamcore, not the dev/original uploader. You can find the below statement when you click on Upload. "Help 0. If you want to update your game, which is already published on Official Gamcore website, please send update email to gamcore at gamcore dot com"
