No way to pass time, no inventory, no quest or help, clickable items do not show they are clickable when mousing over them, map screen glitches when you enter some areas, and very few things are even clickable at at all. Not sure how to progress past the first minute or 2 off the bus. It needs work, has potential, but seems kinda unplayable right now.
