Item Duplication! Hold control and double click on an item. A new one will pop up. Double click on this. Then items will appear in top left corner. Double click on these for duplicating any items.
Tip: If you're holding an item when you talk to an npc, they'll take one of it as a gift. So far, the best item for raising affection that I've found is flowers. Daisies, to be exact. +40 Every day and talking gives you +20 so that's +60 in one day.

dangy, Simply get her to max affection. (Unsure if max is needed, may just be level 2 heart.) Then wait till night and go to her house. Usually it's locked but it's unlocked once you're high enough affection. Every other villager gives you "good stuff" at level 2 affection. ;)
