CasualPlayer, I know there is a way, because I've done it before. You have to wait for the delivery, but I'm not sure when it comes. Right now I can't get past level 14. The worst part of this is that there is no guide when you get stuck to help you.
Decided to come back since my previous comment. Well I got pass my previous soft lock. But now I’m soft locked on completing the pharmacy quest. Keep being told to sell previous shots even though I have. This game sure does love soft locking you.
