It is weird. I have played Season 1, but took the question route to start S2. Made it through chapter 9, saved and then tried to load it to complete chapter 10 -- but the saves didn't load.

the way the story is going and how evelyne is slowly turning into a kind of cult leader and making the mc feel like a demigod with his abilities is interesting. i also love that game doesnt just rely on the saving import to continue the game and u can customize the events to continue. alot of other games need this mechanic.

By one side, that is a great story, particularly interesting world building, and I will not spoil the last twist here but it is particularly well rooted in the structure of the super-hero trope and this sort of game. By another, do bothers me that ALL irredeemably Evil characters in this story, since part 1 happen to be male. There are mean, nasty, cruel women, but each one has some justification in trauma or being used, Evil men are just Evil.
Talking animal, shadow clone and now he is learning taijutsu. Our dear friend MC here is slowly but surely evolving into Naruto Uzumaki. Not something I would hold against the game! I do like Naruto. And this game has many good qualities too.
I was wondering that about that summoned wolf. Interesting creative choice. I CANNOT say "100% WOKE GARBAGE FREE" game here, because they do go up to my limit of tolerance in some long "educational" WOKEish talks and undertones. HOWEVER, they never cross the line (in my opinion). AND their story and worldbuilding ARE good, solid and consistent enough to make up for those imperfections. Great game, deserve attention.
