You need to speak with thaddeus at least once after learning part of selena's story (to learn about lilith) You need to visit the river at least once in the afternoon to see the woman.
to learn Nell's identity : you need to speak with samara multiple times in the tent (i did it after i beat her for real, i don't remember if you could do it before) To get the queen's riddle right, you need to know Nell's identity.

Nick the name, following the two step previously given, you need a clue that you get from speaking with thaddeus and asking about lilith. From that point i think all clues should be available with the basic roaming of the game. (Just finished the version 0.41) . If you need more tips ask, 'ill try to pass by later.

This game is a masterpiece. I hope they release updates soon for it! Took me 3 hours while skipping most text to unlock everything. Story is good, sex scenes are great, characters are well developed. Animations are meh... Sound and music and interactions are cool.

Yala, bug is caused by missing image file for Samarra's panty. Just click Ignore once or twice towards the bottom left. of the screen. When the game comes back, don't look at Inventory or it will bug again. You need to go to Train Courage at the Town Hall and give Samarra's panty to Thaddeus. After you do that, no more bug.
