This thing is gorgeous!! Long time since I saw an artstyle match the worldbuilding that organically. I am just starting the story, but I really want to like the game right now. The music is nice too.
This game is 80% error screens.
Also all you can do is chat with some servitor guy / girl, screw a spire guard and talk to the baron. Thats all you can do, that and see 900 error screens.

So, I think the basis of the game is good. It borrows the Disco Elysium style of narrative context and it's enjoyable and generally well-written and I like the art style. The current downside is the sheer amount of error screens and that it is relatively short. I think if the author continues it could be an intriguing and solid experience.
