The sex scenes are actually really good. The game sucks as a game, though. Highly recommend using the cheat sliders instead of trying to beat the game normally and see all the content.

Saves gone, and starting a new game doesn't restore them. Another game off the list

Anyway... top left corner in game window, 3 stripes, click on it next time and download save files, rename folder to name of the game so you know which one to load in next time there's an update, doesn't always work for every game but for most games it does.
