To Get her approval down you need to degrade her via bad actions eg: keep shocking her when torturing make her eat with the pigs, if your talking about town approval you need to solve the riddle after giving enough potions to the guys in the tavern then talk to your soldiers in the tavern about the strange writing on the wall.
