It took 3 tries but i finally got the true ending! Im not sure on everything you have to do but the ones i think had something to do with it were that i asked "Do you want to go back", i bandaged the bite, i didnt jerk off (though that might not have changed anything), i did look her over, touch her boob, "cross the line", but then stopped and put her bra back on instead of continuing and then she woke me up for sex and it lead to the Paradise ending.
