there is not much to do. corruption level cannot be raised. if you rename the children in dialogues the names will not change. if you take Ava's clothes off she will still have her clothes on. you can't go in the swimming pool or sunbathe if you don't have bikini. you can't yoga without workout clothes. you cannot sleep on your bed, you can only sleep on the living room couch.
it's kind a strange that you cannot sleep over night on couch and you cannot masturbate but still you can wear a butt plug.
