I think ive seen enough of this build (start of act 2) to fully put into words the single greatest issue it currently faces: incomplete minigames. We start with the most complete minigame of the bunch, training (cici 1,2, sera 1, 1.5). It functions, but falls short of keeping the player distracted for the duration of the story. Early on, that is offset by side characters, but they eventually run dry.
From that point onward, any sexual minigame is nothing more than a proof of concept, and the combat minigames lack the completeness of fail and victory states. The story is great, but the minigames just tease players with a "need" to "endure" it all again when the gameplay elements finally catch up.
Al that leaves is one small nitpick about not fully integrating new mechanical additions to points prior in the game where it makes sense. The big one is status (heart icon). At the start of act 2, all the side girls (minus lavinia) are randomly added to the list of bios, yet playing from the start, most are likely already finished long before that point. It could be there from the very start, just unlocking the bios as you discover and progress them.

Only real comment so far is that the approximate 13 pillow scenes (including curse breaking) for cecille's first training arc is far more than any player would need to complete that stage if they pay any attention to how the "minigame" works, and that is before considering how the minigame could really benefit from some better labeling and clearer unlocks.
Also worth noting is that max curse progress prevents gaining any currency for the shop, allowing players to temporarily lock themselves out of unique potions for side character's stories with poor spending. Maybe i am not seeing the full picture, but if there are consumables in the shop, currency should also be unlimited as long as the player grinds it out. If the concern is some form of sequence breaking or trivialization, add wallet upgrades for max capacity and price items accordingly.
